The Test that Saved My Health

A year ago I was at an all time low with my health. I was doing all the “right” things eating healthy, exercising, walking, meditating…you name it! But after every single meal I was bloated to the size of a 6-month pregnant woman. I was uncomfortable, frustrated, annoyed with my body and just wanted answers for a little relief.

Even as a gut health coach I was still stumped as to WTF was going on. I had all the resources, answers, research I needed but I was still struggling. See…it even happens to professionals!

I sat down with my best friend who is a health research guru…seriously I don’t know how she finds the things she does, and she suggested doing bioenergy testing. My response was probably similar to yours, bio what testing?? She said just trust me, it gives you information most blood tests don’t even explain and all it takes is saliva and hair!

Without question, I ordered a test desperate for answers for my gut health. Once my results came in it became so clear and simple for the steps I needed to take to fix my health frustrations – between needing to detox some toxins, knowing nutrient deficiencies I resonated with to incorporate into my diet, supplements that would boost healing faster, and actually understanding why my body was doing what it was doing…not just a blanket statement from blood tests.

I could dive into specific details but every BODY is different and what my body resonates with or lacks is completely different than what your results could be. So I want to leave you with the first few steps I took to start improving my liver and aiding in detoxing a little easier:

  1. Celery juice every morning on an empty stomach. I swear this healed my body – it cleared up my skin, eliminated bloating, reduced my liver pain, and probably a lot more other things I didn’t even realize.
  2. Dandelion root and ginger tea once a day. Giving my body added herbs specific for liver and gut health (I feel) gave my body something to work with and boost it with just a little more support that was needed to cleanse itself. This is my favorite Ginger Tea!
  3. Castor oil packs every night. This technique is an ancient technique, but it pulls toxins out of your liver or gut depending on where you put the pack.   4. Taking propolis. I rant and rave about propolis for EVERYTHING. It is a bee product that they create to keep their hive clean and safe from invaders. This product can latch onto toxins in your body like mold and help eliminate it. Toxins are what put stress on your liver, gut, etc. I swear it healed my debilitating menstrual cramps within a week…I was blown away.
