Perfect Fall Morning Smoothie!
Nov 21, 2022This is the perfect smoothie to get you in the mood for Thanksgiving…and set your body up for success for the day! I hope you enjoy this recipe!
Pumpkin Apple Smoothie
What You Need:
- 1 banana
- 1 medium apple sliced
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon chia or flax seeds
- ¼ cup organic canned pumpkin puree
- Couple dashes of pumpkin pie spice
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (or do collagen)
- Optional: ¼ cup rolled oats (this gives it just a little more umph/filling)
- Ice if you want it thick!
What To Do:
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth and enjoy!
**Add the powders last to avoid caking!
