Recipe slumps are real and the worst…am I right?! The constant back and forth of what do you want for dinner? IDK what do you want? Chili? No. Pizza? No. Salads? No. Tacos? No.

It’s the classic go-tos you are sick of eating, but you don’t have the energy to find or try something new. I GET IT! So, to help you with your recipe slump, here is an EXCLUSIVE sneak peak from the Bombshell-ish Body Membership recipe library!

Asian Lettuce Wraps

Cook time: 20 minutes

Serves 4-5

What you need:

For the wraps:

• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 red pepper, finely chopped
• 1 cup shredded carrots
• 1 small sweet onion, finely chopped
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• Romaine lettuce for serving in

For the sauce:

• 2 teaspoons ground ginger
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 2 tablespoons coconut aminos
• 2 tablespoons peanut butter
• 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar

What to do:

1. Add all sauce ingredients into a bowl and whisk well. Set the sauce aside.
2. In a large skillet, add the olive oil and beef. Cook until there is no pink.
3. Once done, add in the pepper, onion and carrots. Cook until fragrant and soft, about 6 minutes.
4. Next, stir in the sauce until completely combined. Let the mixture simmer for 8-10 minutes so the sauce can thicken and become flavorful.
5. Finally it’s time to eat! Scoop up the meat mixture into the romaine lettuce wrap. (*TIP: I like to take single lettuce wrap, split in half and stack it on top of each other for a stronger wrap.)
6. Enjoy! Keep leftovers refrigerated for up to 7 days!
