February Health Favorites!

Since we have a bonus week in February, I figured I could share with you some of my FAVORITE healthy go-to's from February! Let's get to it!

Drink Favorite: Chlorophyll Water

  • My current Chlorophyll (there are so many where you just add a couple drops!)
  • WHY Chlorophyll? Chlorophyll is an amazing product that acts as an internal deodorant helping with body odors and bad breath! It also aids in relieving constipation and gas, boosting energy, weight loss, reducing inflammation on skin, and even cancer prevention. The main reason I take it…intestinal health AND body odor! I do ice water with chlorophyll and fresh lemon slices!

Focus Favorite: Binaural Beats

  • One of my favorite Focus Beats!
  • WHY Binaural Beats? Binaural beats can help you get in the ZONE and shift your energy whether it’s to focus, sleep, cleanse your space, boost your mood and so much more. Sound is an underrated healing tool, don’t knock it until you try it!

Workout Favorite: MadFit Dance Workouts

  • 5 Minute, No Excuse Workout.  I do this workout at least 1x per week…I just love it and it boosts my mood!
  • WHY MadFit Workouts? Workouts are the HARDEST habit for me to stay consistent with. So the only way I can stay consistent is by doing a 5 minute workout every day that I enjoy…and her workouts are PERFECT for this!

Kitchen Favorite: Pampered Chef Blender

  • The Magic Blender
  • WHY? It can make smoothies, soup, nut butter, almond milk, hummus…and it even cleans itself! There is seriously nothing this blender can’t do when it comes to blending and I just freaking love how easy it makes my life…especially the cleaning itself part (my own electric house keeper!)!

Full disclosure, this blender is not cheap and I’m not saying you need to buy it. I just want to share my favorite items and there are always cheaper, similar items available.

Beauty Favorite: TGIN Hair Mask

  • The Mask!
  • WHY TGIN Hair Mask? Everyone’s hair is so different, but this is the first hair mask that has actually felt like it hydrated my hair. I struggle with very dry and brittle hair and it’s still healing/strengthening. BUT this mask has given me hope plus a little self care 1-2x per week!

Can’t Live Without Favorite: Tongue Scraper

  • My favorite Tongue Scraper!
  • WHY Tongue Scraping? This is the easiest 20 second self care you can do for yourself daily with SO MANY BENEFITS like reducing bad breath, improving your taste buds and even reducing cravings. My clients always hear me rave about tongue scraping, just trust me on this one!
